SHIPPING:
After checkout, you will receive an email from Improvyze identifying the address to ship your VHS tape. We do not know your package size or weight, so it will likely save you money to pay cost only at the Post Office. The listing says free shipping allowing you to ship the item at cost. There is nothing to ship to you.
PROCESS:
You ship your VHS to Improvyze. Improvyze digitizes the file and sends you an email with a link to obtain your digitial file. After successful receipt of the digital file, the VHS tape can be destroyed. If you want it returned, shipping costs will be charged.
PROBLEMS:
If we cannot digitize the VHS because it is damaged or for other similar reasons, Improvyze will refund your purchase minus shipping of the VHS back to you.
