MICROMV is transferred via High Quality Analog S-Video to computer and then burnt to a DVD (no set top DVD recorders are used; DVD's are custom built).
Our equipment is kept within manufacturing specifications. Your media will be received and handled with the greatest care. It will acclimate in our temperature and humidity before being transferred to your media of choice. In addition to the digital format you selected, we offer the following options as well:

Q: Where do I ship my media?
A: You'll be emailed instructions upon completing your purchase.
Q:  Should I send a DVD as well?
A: No.  Videos are burnt onto a Verbatim AZO DVD-R that has the title of your video printed right on the disc, along with a frame of video.  DVD's come in a standard Amray case with an insert that also features your video's name and frame, and this is all included in the cost of your transfer.
Q: I have more than 1 hour of video. Do I just change the Item Purchase Quantity?
A: Exactly! That's all you do.
Q: Do you give quantity discounts?
A: Our service already has a discount built in.
We charge by the one (1) hour of video.
For example, if you have 3 tapes with 20 minutes on each tape, then all 3 are transferred for the price.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Depending on how many hours you have, it could be anywhere from day of receiving your media, to a couple of weeks.
Q: Do you offer rush service?
A: No.

Q: Do you offer PAL transfers?
A: Yes.
We can transfer both NTSC and PAL MICROMV tapes.
And we can convert NTSC to PAL or vice versa so that your video will play on any NTSC or PAL DVD/Blu-Ray player.
Q: Do you calibrate your equipment to my media?
A: Yes, we calibrate to your media's color bars (if any).
Q: Do you add processing?
A: We do not add processing other than real time Time Base Correction.
