Our equipment is kept within manufacturing specifications. Your media will be received and handled with the greatest care. Q: Where do I ship my media?
A: You'll be emailed instructions upon completing your purchase.
Q:  Should I send a hard drive as well?
A:
Yes.  DV-AVI/MOV files use approximately 13GB per 60 minutes of video.  10-Bit RGB AVI/MOV files use approximately 100 GB per 60 minutes of video.  And please let us know if you prefer AVI or MOV's: while both will work on Windows and Mac computers, AVI's work better on Windows computers, and MOV's work better on Mac computers.  If you do not send a hard drive, then we can purchase one for you and charge you the cost of the drive.
Q: I have more than 1 hour of video. Do I just change the Item Purchase Quantity?
A: Exactly! That's all you do.
Q: Do you give quantity discounts?
A: Our service already has a discount built in.
We charge by the one (1) hour of video.
For example, if you have 3 tapes with 20 minutes on each tape, then all 3 are transferred for the price.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Depending on how many hours you have, it could be anywhere from day of receiving your media, to a couple of weeks.
Q: Do you offer rush service?
A: No.

Q: Do you offer PAL transfers?
A: Yes.
We can transfer both NTSC and PAL MICROMV tapes.
And we can convert NTSC to PAL or vice versa for you files.
Q: Do you calibrate your equipment to my media?
A: Yes, we calibrate to your media's color bars (if any).
Q: Do you add processing?
A: We do not add processing other than real time Time Base Correction.
