    Description
    The motorcycle book is called "Race for Leadership". It was given as a gift to an American Honda Race Team Manager by Honda R & D director, T. Kameyama in 1977. The R & D director also signed it and wrote an inscription to the Race Team Manager.  This makes it
    a ONE-OF-A-KIND "coffee table collectible" that was never in public hands.
    Book details: The book is a rare look at a critical time of Honda's rise to world motorcycle racing dominance. It was published by The Motor Sports land, Ltd. in Tokoyo, Japan, The book's editor is Mitsutoshi Kondo. The copyright is 1962.  The book measures 12 inches x 8 inches. It includes color photos. There are lists of 11 Grand Prix races, track maps, and lists each race result for every circuit.
    Included are the book in the original box case, the original protective plastic on the book cover, and a dedicated sleeve inside the book contains a 33 1/3 RPM recording from the 1961 West German 250 GP race. The buyer will also receive a unique black and silver brushed finish metal page marker which says "DREAM" in English and Japanese.
    Condition: There are not any smudges, folds or, tears on any pages. The picture colors are bright and clean. The inside is in excellent to near mint condition. The top and bottom edge on the binding of the book have some shelf wear. (See the fourth picture at the top.) The recording does not appear to have ever been played. The book case does have some shelf wear and rubs on the ends and corners. You can click on each picture in the description to enlarge it.

    There are some white spots from the flash. It is not damage to the book.
