Q: Where do I ship my media?
A: You'll be emailed instructions upon completing your purchase.
Q:  Should I send a blank DVD as well?
A: No.  The cost of the DVD and Amray case is included in the price.  Your DVD will also have an insert featuring the name of your video(s) and a frame from the video, as well as the title and video frame printed right on the DVD itself.
Q: I have more than 1 hour of video. Do I just change the Item Purchase Quantity?
A: Exactly! That's all you do.
Q: Do you give quantity discounts?
A: Our service already has a discount built in.
We charge by the one (1) hour of video.
For example, if you have 3 tapes with 20 minutes on each tape, then all 3 are transferred for the price.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Depending on how many hours you have, it could be anywhere from day of receiving your media, to a couple of weeks.
Q: Do you offer rush service?
A: No.

A: No.

NTSC only right now.
However, I can convert NTSC tapes to PAL files.
Q: Do you calibrate your equipment to my media?
A: Yes, we calibrate to your media's color bars (if any).
Q: Do you add processing?
A: We do not add processing other than real time Time Base Correction.
